This doesn't always work out well because many time clients do not have the knowledge and experience to do the job correctly. If you notice that graphics don't line up or the site looks funny or even falling apart and not displaying correctly at all, then it may be caused by the hands of inexperienced people who have been assigned to maintain and update those sites.
